Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, payroll, timekeeping, employee relations, and training & development.
  • Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws, company policies, and government-mandated benefits.
  • Lead and manage the recruitment and onboarding process for plant and office employees.
  • Handle employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary actions with fairness and consistency.
  • Coordinate closely with production/plant management to align manpower requirements with operational needs.
  • Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and initiatives to strengthen workforce performance.
  • Monitor employee performance and provide support to department heads in performance management.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports to support management in decision-making.
  • Maintain compliance and good standing with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3–5 years of HR generalist experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Broad knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and recruitment processes.
  • With experience in handling plant or production workforce.
  • Experience in Food & Beverage or FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR systems.
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Willing to work Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
  • Willing to work in Deparo, Caloocan City.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
