Manila Bankers Assurance is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Makati City, Metro Manila. As an HR Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in driving the HR agenda and supporting the company's strategic objectives. What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training and development
  • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their HR needs and implement effective solutions
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to line managers on HR-related matters
  • Assist with the implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee engagement programmes and talent management strategies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
  • Mentor and develop the HR team to enhance their capabilities and drive their professional growth

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, ideally within the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and relevant labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
  • Proven track record in managing HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Proficient in the use of HR information systems and data analysis
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Passionate about driving positive change and contributing to the growth of the organisation
