Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor is responsible for supervising the end-to-end functions of timekeeping, HRIS management, and employee benefits administration. The role ensures accurate and timely processing of attendance, payroll-related records, and benefits, while maintaining employee data integrity in the HRIS. The HR Supervisor will lead and coach a small team, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Timekeeping & Payroll Support
- Oversee the daily monitoring and validation of employee attendance and schedule changes.
 - Ensure timely and accurate submission of timekeeping data to Payroll.
 - Coordinate with department heads and managers regarding attendance concerns and discrepancies.
 - Monitor and implement timekeeping policies aligned with company standards and labor laws.
 
HRIS Administration
- Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS to ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
 - Generate HR-related reports and analytics as required by management.
 - Assist in system enhancements, troubleshooting, and coordination with HRIS vendor/IT support.
 - Ensure employee movements (new hires, transfers, separations) are correctly reflected in the system.
 
Benefits Administration
- Administer and process government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and company benefits (HMO, leave credits, etc.).
 - Handle employee inquiries and concerns related to benefits, ensuring clear communication and resolution.
 - Coordinate with external benefit providers, agencies, and service partners.
 
People Supervision
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate a small HR support team.
 - Provide guidance and ensure task assignments are carried out effectively.
 - Recommend process improvements for operational efficiency.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
 - At least 2 years of experience as an HR Supervisor or equivalent leadership role.
 - Experience in handling timekeeping, HRIS, and benefits administration is required.
 - With experience in supervising and coaching a small HR team.
 - Strong understanding of Philippine Labor Laws and government statutory benefits.
 - Proficient in MS Office applications; experience with HRIS/payroll systems is an advantage.
 - Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and high level of integrity.
 - Ability to manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
