Alibaton Construction Inc is a fast-growing construction firm committed to excellence in building infrastructure and empowering people. We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Supervisor to lead our human resources operations and support our workforce across multiple project sites.
Job Summary
The HR Supervisor will oversee core HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and performance management. This role requires strong leadership, field experience, and a deep understanding of labor laws and construction workforce dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary actions.
- Coordinate with managers to address manpower needs and workforce planning.
- Supervise payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Lead performance evaluation and employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the construction or engineering sector.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
