Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
  • Talent Management: Oversee all aspect of talent acquisition, including recruitment and onboarding, and develop strategies for talent management, succession planning, training and development.
  • Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and implement programs to promote a positive and productive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations, develop and implemenr HR policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
  • Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process and implement programs for employee recognition.
  • HR Operations and Budget: Oversee daily operations and utilize HR metrics to track performance and analyze trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology.
  • At least 4 to 5 years minimum of experience being HR Head, HR Officer or HR Manager.
  • Excellent writtend and verbal communication
  • Proven experience in human resources, with focus on leadership, strategic management, and employee relations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php30,000.00 per month
