HR Head

Responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the company's overall business goals
- Talent Management: Oversee all aspect of talent acquisition, including recruitment and onboarding, and develop strategies for talent management, succession planning, training and development.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations, resolve conflicts, and implement programs to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure the organization complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations, develop and implemenr HR policies and procedures to minimize legal risks.
- Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process and implement programs for employee recognition.
- HR Operations and Budget: Oversee daily operations and utilize HR metrics to track performance and analyze trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology.
- At least 4 to 5 years minimum of experience being HR Head, HR Officer or HR Manager.
- Excellent writtend and verbal communication
- Proven experience in human resources, with focus on leadership, strategic management, and employee relations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
