DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolut
- Support investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate act
- Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies and procedures.
- Promote a culture of respect, inclusion, and accountability.
- Monitor employee engagement through surveys and feedback mechanisms.
Learning & Development
- Collaborate with department heads to identify skill gaps and training nee
- Maintain and update training materials and records.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and suggest improvemer
- Support career development initiatives and succession planning.
- Coordinate and facilitate orientation and seminars
QUALIFICATION
- Bachelor's Degree in BS/BA Psychology, Human Resource Development Management, Legal Management, or any related field.
- With 6 months to 2 years of HR experience in ER related roles.
- Can effectively and efficiently work under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess training outcomes.
- Empathy, discretion, and professional in handling sensitive issues.
