HR – Project-Based (Operations Hiring Focus)

Location: South Caloocan City

Schedule: Monday to Saturday

Employment Type: Project-Based (with possible regularization based on performance)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated HR (Project-Based) who will primarily handle end-to-end recruitment for the Operations Department. This role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and endorsing qualified applicants for technical and manpower positions. Applicants who consistently deliver excellent performance may be considered for regularization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment specifically for Operations roles (e.g., technicians, drivers, helpers, warehouse staff, mechanics, and other manpower-related positions).
  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, field recruitment, and other strategies.
  • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and hiring managers.
  • Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requests by maintaining an active applicant pipeline.
  • Maintain organized applicant records, tracking sheets, and recruitment reports.
  • Assist in onboarding and pre-employment requirements when needed.
  • Support HR initiatives and other tasks assigned by the HR Supervisor/Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related course.
  • Experience in recruitment, especially in hiring for operations or blue-collar positions, is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interviewing skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
  • Organized, proactive, and capable of handling multiple job openings at once.
  • Willing to work on-site in South Caloocan City.
  • Can start immediately.

This is a project-based position, but high-performing employees may be considered for regularization.
