SUMMARY:
The Human Resource Department Head is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This role oversees two key HR divisions—Transactional HR (Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Labor Relations) and Transformational HR (Training & Development, Performance Management, and Organizational Development)—ensuring that HR practices drive business success and foster a positive organizational culture.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development or a related field; a master's degree is preferred
- 7+ years of experience in HR, with at least 3 years in leadership role
- Proven expertise in both transactional and transformational HR functions
- Experience in leading organizational change initiatives and strategic HR planning
- Must have background and experience in Legal.
- In-depth understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and labor regulations.
- Expertise in HR systems, data analytics, and KPI measurement for driving performance.
- Strong presentation and reporting skills, including experience in delivering insights to senior leadership.
- Commitment to personal development and continuous improvement. : Ability to provide and accept constructive feedback, work under pressure, and handle complex situations with professionalism.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing HR teams, resources, and fostering cross-departmental collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Expertise in resolving complex employee relations issues and organizational challenges.
- Skilled in implementing HR initiatives, managing multiple projects, and ensuring timely execution of tasks.
