DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
HR Leadership & Strategy
Lead, develop, and manage the HR team, providing strategic direction and day-to-day support.
Ensure alignment of HR operations with organizational goals and values.
Attend management committee meeting.
Compensation & Benefits
Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs.
Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Laws and internal pay structures.
Conduct market analysis and recommend improvements as needed.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Supervise the recruitment lifecycle to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast staffing needs and plan talent acquisition strategies.
Support onboarding process to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Performance Management & Succession Planning
Implement and manage the employee performance appraisal system.
Guide managers in conducting fair and constructive evaluations.
Use performance data to support succession planning and employee engagement.
Learning & Development
Assess training needs and oversee the design and delivery of learning programs.
Support continuous professional growth and internal mobility.
Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly.
Employee Relations & Engagement
Promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture through proactive employee relations practices.
Manage conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
Ensure policies are communicated and applied appropriately.
Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives to boost morale, retention, and productivity.
Lead employee surveys, analyze feedback, and collaborate with leadership to implement improvement plans.
Organize recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and team-building activities to foster a strong workplace culture.
HR Administration & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of all employee records, contracts, and legal documents.
Monitor HR policies and procedures for compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Prepare regular HR reports and support audits as necessary.
Other Responsibilities
- Participate in food safety team meeting and trainings.
Minimum Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is required.
· Master's degree or relevant postgraduate certification is a plus.
· Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
· Demonstrated experience in managing multiple HR functions, including compensation, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
· Proven track record in developing and executing employee engagement and retention strategies.
· Experience with HR compliance, Philippine labor law, HR best practices, regulatory and compliance, and workplace investigations.
