Job Summary:
The HR Staff (Recruitment) is responsible for supporting the organization's talent acquisition process by handling the end-to-end recruitment cycle. This role ensures the timely sourcing, screening, and placement of qualified candidates while upholding the company's standards, values, and compliance with labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment activity from selection to hiring of applicants after receipt of Manpower Request from requesting Department
- Source potential candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen and review resumes to shortlist qualified applicants.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Conducting onboard orientation to all new employees before deployment to their respective departments.
- Providing clerical and administrative support in HR Department.
- Compiling and updating employee record.
- Processing of documentation and preparation of reports relating to personnel activities (including but not limited to recruitment, performance evaluation, grievances)
- Dealing with employees request in terms of Uniforms, ID, hairnet, safetyshoes
- Assist in preparation of notices/letters (regularization, grievance, transfer, etc).
- Maintaining the integrity and confidentiality of all files and records.
- Assisting in the preparation and organizing employee engagement plans and company events (Christmas party, teambuilding, celebrations).
- Performing tasks given by superior or management from time to time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Preferably with experience in recruitment or HR functions (fresh graduates may also be considered).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with online recruitment platforms.

Pay: Php15, Php20,000.00 per month
