HR & Accounting Staff

Accounting duties:
- Payroll processing: Accurately calculate and process semi-monthly or other payroll cycles, including overtime, deductions, and benefits.
- Data management: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, timekeeping, and pay rates.
- Compliance: Ensure all payroll activities comply with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
- Employee inquiries: Serve as a point of contact for employees, answering questions related to payroll, time off, and benefits.
- Reporting: Assist in the preparation of various payroll reports and coordinate with the finance department for audits and discrepancies
HR duties:
- Supporting the recruitment process, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Onboarding new hires, verifying documentation, and entering data into the HRIS
- Maintaining HR files and records, including 201 forms
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From Php16,000.00 per month
