FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinates with the dietitian's recommendation in protocols, policies and standards in food preparations.
  • Develops individual program budgets.
  • Plans menus and products to sell.
  • Careful inspection of the kitchen and the dining area to ensure cleanliness.
  • Handles customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Ensures the compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety guidelines.
  • Manages and increases the effectiveness and efficiency of support services (HR, IT and Accounting), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions.
  • Acknowledge the recommendations from the Dietitian, Accounting, IT, HRD, Infectious Control and Safety and Management.
  • Handles the entire operations of the canteen, kitchen, sales, inventory, and purchase order.
  • Directly reports to Dietitians all documents for approval, concerns and other recommendations.
