We are seeking an experienced HR Manager for our affiliate company based in General Santos City. The ideal candidate will lead our HR team and contribute to the strategic direction of our human resources functions.

Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Provide leadership and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and programs.

Employee Relations and Engagement:

  • Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations strategies.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.

Talent Acquisition and Management:

  • Oversee the recruitment and selection process, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits Administration:

  • Manage compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
  • Conduct salary surveys and analyze compensation trends to maintain market competitiveness.

Organizational Development and Training:

  • Lead organizational development initiatives to enhance employee performance and organizational effectiveness.
  • Implement training and development programs to support employee growth and skill enhancement.

Employee Safety and Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to employee safety and welfare.
  • Develop and implement safety programs and initiatives to maintain a safe work environment.

HR Administration and Reporting:

  • Oversee HR administration, including maintaining HR records and documentation.
  • Prepare reports and metrics to monitor HR performance and effectiveness.

Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and develop HR department staff, providing coaching and mentoring as needed.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development within the HR team.

Legal Compliance and Affiliations:

  • Stay updated on employment laws, regulations, and DOLE rules to ensure compliance.
  • Maintain active affiliations with HR networks and organizations, contributing to ongoing community involvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Organization Development.
  • Minimum of Five Years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
  • Knowledge and experienced in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, recruitment, organization development, employee relations, safety, employee engagement, and employee development.
  • Better than average written and spoken communication skills.
  • Outstanding interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop HR department staff members.
  • Excellent organizational management skills.
  • Has Attended Specialized trainings or seminars in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations,
  • Active affiliation with appropriate Human Resources networks and organizations and ongoing community involvement, preferred.
  • Possess ongoing affiliations with leaders in successful companies and organizations that practice effective Human Resources Management.
  • Has an in-depth knowledge of DOLE rules and regulations.
