  • Supervise and provide guidance to the HR & Admin team in the Head Office.

Monitor and ensure timely completion of 6th-month and annual employee

  • performance evaluations, with the assistance of the HR Assistant.

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, in coordination with the HR Recruitment Officer.

  • Draft and issue memorandums, company policies, and other official HR communications.

  • Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns, grievances, and disciplinary cases in line with company policies.

  • Act as the department head in the absence of the HR Head.

  • Assist the HR Head in developing and implementing HR strategies, programs, and initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company rules, and HR best practices.

  • Handle and assist employees with benefits administration, including HMO enrollment and claims, government-mandated benefits, and other employee welfare programs.

  • Perform other HR-related duties as may be assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php21,000.00 per month
