Job Summary:

The Employee Relations Supervisor oversees the development and implementation of employee relations policies, practices, and programs. The role ensures a positive work environment by addressing workplace concerns, managing conflict resolution, and fostering open communication between employees and management. This position provides guidance to HR staff, supervisors, and managers on employee-related issues to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage the employee relations team to ensure efficient handling of employee concerns and workplace issues.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor employee relations policies, programs, and initiatives.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for escalated employee complaints, grievances, and workplace conflicts.
  • Conduct and oversee investigations into employee relations issues such as misconduct, harassment, and policy violations.
  • Provide guidance to managers and supervisors on performance management, disciplinary actions, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Collaborate with HR management to design and deliver training programs on conflict management, company policies, and workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports on employee relations trends, grievances, and resolutions.
  • Promote positive employer-employee relationships that contribute to employee satisfaction, productivity, and retention.
  • Support initiatives related to employee engagement, recognition programs, and workplace wellness.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree or HR certifications preferred).
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations, labor relations, or conflict management.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR policies, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop HR staff.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
