Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced HR Supervisor to lead and oversee daily HR operations. This role is responsible for supervising recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. Experience in bulk hiring and working with recruitment agencies is a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide HR staff in executing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government-mandated benefits.
- Monitor and improve HR processes and systems.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Prepare HR reports and support audits.
- Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and workforce planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in recruitment and employee relations.
- Experience in bulk hiring or recruitment agency work is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
