Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various recruitment channels to attract qualified candidates.

  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.

  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for the position.

  • Support HR Supervisor in implementation of HR policies and procedures

  • Perform ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a specialized role.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and interviewing methods.
  • Experience in both corporate and external hiring setups.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Amenable to work in a hybrid setup. (2x a week work onsite)
