We are seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Cebu City, As a key member of our customer service department. This is a full-time position with the potential to earn up to 25,000 PHP per month.
What you'll be doing
- Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, while ensuring a positive and engaging experience
- Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, adhering to company policies and procedures
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and following up as needed
- Continuously improving your skills and knowledge to stay up-to-date with products, services and industry trends
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
What we're looking for
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with the aptitude to think critically
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, with the ability to communicate effectively
- Familiarity with customer service best practices and contact centre operations
- Adaptability and the ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
