What you'll be doing

  • Responding to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
  • Resolving customer concerns and complaints effectively and efficiently
  • Providing accurate information about our products, services, and policies
  • Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and provide feedback to the team
  • Adhering to established call centre procedures and performance standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and empathise with customers
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service
  • Demonstrated customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
