Top Duties and Qualifications

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales department. Your duties will include training the Senior Banquet Sales Supervisor and staff, communicating sales quotas and important information from upper management to the department, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of catering events. You will also be responsible for event planning and customer service, with a focus on driving revenue growth and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

· Monthly sales growth covering January to November

· Increase revenue or profit quotas

· Sending out surveys to clients about their service experience to identify the BSA who creates positive impressions on clients and how their behaviors impact sales.

· Measure each salesperson's average sales cycle length to determine if some employees close deals faster than others

· Measure the productivity of sales representatives

· Open doors and tap into different industries

· Organized the sales team

· Identify and develop new business opportunities for catering services.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and social clients, and event coordinators/planners

· Conduct sales presentations, site visits, and tastings for potential clients.

· Prepare and negotiate contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

· Handling and resolving client complaints regarding products or services

· Work closely with clients to understand their catering needs and customize proposals accordingly.

· Coordinate with the culinary and operations team to ensure seamless event execution.

· Provide excellent customer service, resolving any client concerns efficiently.

· Maintain detailed records of client interactions and event details.

· Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.

· Attend bidding events, trade shows, and industry functions to promote catering services.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns.

· Operations & Financial Management

· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.

· Assist in budgeting and forecasting catering revenue.

· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations related to food service.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)

· Proven experience in catering sales, hospitality, or event planning

· Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts

· Knowledge of food service operations and menu planning

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

· Flexibility to work on weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
