Job Title: SALES MANAGER (For lights fixture company)

Work Location: San Juan, Greenhills

Work Schedule: Monday to Fridays 8am to 5pm, occasional Saturdays if necessary. But sales manager is expected to go beyond the standard work schedule if necessary

Salary: 60k-70k plus commission 0.5%

Inclusions: No health benefits, but standard government mandated benefits apply. Service vehicle, monthly gas allowance (with limit), mobile & data allowance. Company laptop & cellphone to be issued. Reimbursable expenses for client representations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5+ years managing a sales organization
  • Has experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Proven track record for hunting, closing, and relationship
  • management

Preferred to have some experience doing sales in the construction industry. Need to have experience running a team and familiar with sales operations frameworks and best practices

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to ensure the company reaches its goals
  • Define sales targets and ensure the resources needed to achieve those.
  • Lead efforts to acquire new customers, and grow the portfolio of existing partnerships.
  • Coach, mentor, and motivate all direct reports through regular 1:1s, team meetings, and other methods
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate each direct report.
  • Coordinate with Sales Operations Lead to enable sales teams, monitor metrics, and design programs to maximize team effectiveness
  • Build and maintain a culture of collaboration, clarity, and accountability for the sales office.
  • Accountable for the following stages in the project sales cycle where direct reports cross functional teams are responsible in execution:

○ Lead Generation

○ Pipeline Management

○ Product offering

○ Negotiation

○ PO collection

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php60, Php70,000.00 per month
