We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused National Key Account Specialist to manage and grow key customer relationships in the food products sector. This role focuses on maintaining long-term relationships with strategic clients, ensuring their needs are met, and identifying opportunities to increase sales and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Graduate
  • 2-4 years in sales and field work
  • Manage and grow national key accounts (e.g., supermarkets, institutions, modern trade).
  • Develop account plans with sales, volume, margin, and growth targets.
  • Identify growth opportunities (new listings, categories, upselling) using data insights.
  • Lead pricing, promotions, and contract negotiations with key clients.
  • Track and improve account performance (sales, profitability, execution).
  • Ensure in-store execution: visibility, displays, planogram compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key account stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports and business reviews.
  • Identify and onboard new national accounts; manage sales pipeline.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally to align on strategies and resolve issues.
