Key Accounts Specialist

Job Summary:
The Key Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with strategic clients in the telecommunications sector. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver innovative telco solutions that meet client needs. The specialist will also identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expansion within assigned key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management & Client Relations
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with assigned key clients in the telco industry.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
- Conduct regular business reviews and client meetings to assess satisfaction and address needs.
Sales & Business Growth
- Achieve assigned sales targets and account growth objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling telco products and services.
- Develop account strategies to maximize profitability and market share.
Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with internal teams (Technical, Operations, Marketing, and Finance) to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and service agreements in coordination with the Sales Support and Technical teams.
- Ensure that client requirements are well-documented and implemented effectively.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated with telco trends, competitor activities, and market developments to provide insights and recommendations.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential enhancements.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of account activities, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports using CRM tools.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management review.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or any related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in key account management, preferably in the telecommunications or technology industry.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Strong understanding of telco products and services
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Job Type: Fixed term
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: Up to Php20,000.00 per month
