Location: preferably based on NCR.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare monthly operation and business review reports.
  • Achieve 100% monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular Merchandiser's Meetings.
  • Track competitor activities and establish Bellwether Accounts.
  • Assist in new product launches and ensure stock replenishment.
  • Monitor inventory, correct discrepancies, and review merchandiser reports.
  • Conduct fieldwork, submit weekly sales reports, and address AR issues.
  • Implement FIFO, check the account portal for stock availability.
  • Verify sales orders, negotiate shelf space, and check returns.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Specialist / Distributor Specialist
  • Minimum of 3+ years of distributor specialist experience.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • FMCG or food industry experience is required.
