
Property Custodian Staff

Property Custodian is responsible for the physical custody, care, and safekeeping over property in their possession or under their supervision.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Verifying that property on record is on hand in the physical location or proper custodial area assigned, and has an identification marking and condition recorded.
- Identifying unrecorded property so it can be reconciled to the property system and financial system.
- Monitor the location and identify missing items.
- Identify items that are in need of repair or are excess and may be disposed.
- Setup inventory processes such as tagging, physical count and maintenance.
- Process item requests, monitors borrowed and returned properties.
- Proper stocking and issuance of supplies and merchandise.
- Coordinates with the Purchasing Department.
- Maintains property records and stock cards.
- Receive all deliveries for purchasing department with approved purchase order.
- Ensure that the items are properly picked up and distributed to the departments in timely manner.
- Prepare a monthly statistics for all transaction.
- Require all departments to submit a report on lost, damage and defective items.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4 year course;
- With at least 1 year working experience on inventory, encoding, purchasing or on the related filed;
- Amenable to work in Pasig City;
- Can start ASAP
