Job Summary:

This role primarily involves the end to end Bank Reconciliation, including but not limited to tenant receipts and vendor payments.

Function: Property Accounting

Supervision

The role will be in a shared service environment as part of the Property Accounting function (inclusive of Financial Accounting, AP, and AR).

This role will report to the Property Bank Rec and AR Manager based in Centurias Manila office.

Key Responsibilities

The tasks and responsibilities for the role include:

  • Monthly Bank Reconciliation.
  • Daily bank statement management
  • Resolve exceptions transactions, skip trace, and cash mapping discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate allocation and capture of transactions between operational and custodian entities.
  • Investigate and resolve aged unreconciled transactions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, Banking institution contacts, internal accounting teams, AR & AP.
  • Create and update S.O.P. (Standard Operating Procedures), Process Flows, and Policy documents.
  • Manage key reporting tasks and deadlines in line with the Finance Calendar
  • Supporting continuous improvement projects and initiatives

Qualification & Experience

Must-Have: Large ERP exposure, work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment, strong communication skills, and accounting/finance background

Preferable: Degree-qualified, Certified Public Accountant is an advantage but not required, Exposure to Automation, MRI, and property experience
