Job Summary
The Key Account Manager will be a critical driver of new business, responsible for both maintaining and aggressively growing strong business relationships within an assigned portfolio. This role is highly focused on generating new revenue and opportunities outside the traditional banking sector, specifically targeting high-cash-volume industries such as casinos, large wholesalers, and specialized retail.
The successful candidate will establish and manage a direct sales channel, bypassing bank intermediaries, by leveraging our comprehensive suite of secure cash management services and developing innovative, tailored solutions that directly solve client challenges.
Key Responsibilities
*Manage and strengthen relationships with a portfolio of key clients and strategic industry partners.
*Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new high-value business opportunities in non-bank and specialized sectors.
*Conceptualize and develop customized secure logistics and cash management solutions that align perfectly with client operations and stringent security needs.
*Collaborate cross-functionally with internal operations and technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and exceptional service delivery.
*Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
*Proven, results-oriented experience in B2B sales or high-value account management is essential.
*Prior experience in the financial services, secure logistics, or cash operations industries is strongly preferred.
*Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
*A results-driven, strategic thinker capable of managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously while meeting ambitious targets.
