Responsible for generating sales leads and facilitate the journey of clients from inquiry to closing the sales and achieve customer satisfaction. Initializes and manages relationship with customers by providing cost-benefit analyses to meet their needs in order to drive sales.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve agreed upon sales quota/target and outcome within schedule
- Generate and manage sales leads through sales pipeline
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for customers to boost revenue growth, profitability and customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationship with existing customers and network with potential customers
- Analyze the market's potential , track sales and status reports
- Monitor the company's industry competitors , new products and market condition
- Communicate with all levels of the organization
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree of any four year course
- With minimum two (2) years sales experience preferably in Uninterrupted Power Supply System, HVAC system or Information & Communication Technology system
- Strong interpersonal skills to seek out and engage customers
- Above average in written and verbal English communication skills
- Has the ability to create and deliver presentations tailored for the customer's needs
- Able to work cross functional
- Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Powrpoint
- Knowledge in CRM system is an advantage
