Job Summary

The IT Sales Lead will develop sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and manage client relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of IT solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation to promote CIT's offerings effectively.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.

● Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships and enterprise clients.

● Build and maintain strong client relationships.

● Understand client needs and present customized IT solutions.

● Collaborate with technical teams to align sales strategies.

● Utilize CRM tools to track sales progress and report key performance metrics.

● Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.

● Represent CIT at industry events and conferences.

Required Qualifications

● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.

● 3+ years of experience in IT sales, business development, or technical sales.

● Strong knowledge of IT solutions, cloud services, and digital transformation.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

● Proven ability to generate leads, build pipelines, and close deals.

● Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

● Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications

● Experience in selling SaaS, cloud computing, or managed IT services.

● Established network within the IT industry.

● Certifications in Sales, Cloud Solutions (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), or Business Development.
