LinkedIn & Lead Generation Specialist (B2B) - Remote

About the Role
We're looking for a skilled and experienced Lead Generation Specialist to help drive new customer acquisition and re-engage past customers for our e-commerce brands. This role requires deep knowledge of LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and B2B prospecting tools. You'll be expected to manage the process end to end—with full accountability and ownership of your performance and deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute LinkedIn lead generation campaigns targeting both new and previous customers
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and qualify B2B leads (procurement, operations, and facilities roles)
- Run multi-step, multi-channel outreach campaigns using tools like , Lemlist, Expandi, Waalaxy, and LinkedHelper
- Set up and manage automation workflows for connection requests, follow-ups, and email drip sequences
- Craft tailored messaging strategies for cold and warm leads, incorporating personalization, credibility markers, and past engagement
- Cultivate and continuously improve the lead generation process across LinkedIn and other platforms
- Track campaign performance and lead metrics to optimize results
- Maintain accurate lead records, CRM updates, and reporting dashboards
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in LinkedIn and email-based B2B lead generation
- Proficient with and at least two additional outreach automation tools
- Solid understanding of targeting ICPs, personalization, and platform compliance
- Strong written communication and fluent English
- Highly accountable, independent, and results-driven
- Comfortable working with spreadsheets and CRM platforms
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B e-commerce, safety products, or consumer goods
- Familiarity with ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or other CRM/enrichment platforms
What We Offer
- Remote role with full ownership and accountability
- 35–40 hours per week
- Standard work hours: 8 AM–5 PM EST

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php65, Php75,000.00 per month
