
Sales Lead Executive

Ezzogenics is a general contractor involved in architectural, mechanical, electrical, and finishing works. We are looking for a Sales Leads Executive to manage and oversee online sales leads from inquiry to invoicing.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up on customer inquiries from our websites and online channels
- Record and update leads on or Google Sheets
- Communicate with customers via WhatsApp, email, and Google Meet
- Coordinate between clients and our on-site/operations team
- Assist in preparing quotations, scheduling site visits, and monitoring project progress
- Support documentation and invoicing after project completion
Requirements:
- Diploma or background in Engineering, Architecture, or Drafting
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Organized, responsive, and able to work independently from home
- Must have own laptop and stable internet connection
Work Arrangement:
- Fully remote (Work From Home)
- Reports via WhatsApp to Singapore HQ
