Compensation: ₱35,000–₱45,000 base salary, plus monthly performance incentives

Employment Type: Full-time contractor (40 hours weekly)

Role Overview

As a Clinical Lead Generation Specialist, you will help manage and execute outbound call campaigns that support Ferry Health's mission of simplifying healthcare coordination. You will review and resolve tasks, make outbound calls to clinics or healthcare providers, gather and document information, and collaborate with onshore team members. This role is primarily focused on data gathering, not selling any sort of product or service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor task queues and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
  • Meet or exceed work volume and quality benchmarks.
  • Execute phone calls using Ferry Health's internal tools.
  • Initiate and conduct outbound calls following detailed instructions.
  • Collect and accurately enter data gathered during calls into our internal database.
  • Re-try or troubleshoot calls when necessary to meet quality standards.
  • Conduct online research on healthcare practices, providers, specialties, and insurance plans.
  • Respond promptly to Slack messages and internal communication.
  • Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and tools.
  • Submit feedback about internal tools and workflows to support continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in the U.S. healthcare industry.
  • 2+ years in a call center, lead generation, or virtual assistant role—especially involving outbound calls.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Highly self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. healthcare system

Work Setup & Requirements

  • Must have your own computer or laptop.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
  • Availability for occasional video meetings with U.S. team members.
  • Must request PTO in advance and communicate any absences.
