JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, and social media or employee referrals
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct in-person interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers.
  • Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 0-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (entry-level candidates welcome)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and recruitment best practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Pasay: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
