About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruitment Staff member to join our growing HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment processes, helping us attract, screen, and onboard top talent to meet our company's goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.)
- Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
- Conduct reference checks and assist in preparing job offers
- Help organize job fairs, recruitment events, and onboarding activities
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR support is a plus
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity recruitment tools is an advantage
- High level of professionalism and discretion
