Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive and versatile Accounting, Finance and HR Staff to oversee both financial operations and human resources functions and assist the company's hired accounting firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for support budgeting processes, payroll, employee records, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and internal policies.


Key Responsibilities:

Finance:

  • Maintain accurate financial records, ledgers, and reports.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Assist in budget planning, forecasting, and monitoring expenditures.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including bank reconciliations.
  • Prepare and submit tax returns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Liaise with external accountant, audits, banks and govt tax authorities, to ensure timely completion of financial reporting.
  • Manage petty cash and cash flow monitoring

Human Resources:

  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and exit procedures.
  • Process payroll and employee benefits accurately and on time.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Support performance appraisal processes and training initiatives.
  • Provide guidance to employees on HR-related issues.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a combined finance and HR role.
  • Familiarity with labor law and financial regulations
  • With background in processing mandatory government tax requirements.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and labor laws.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Working Conditions : Office-based with occasional travel to bank and government agencies.

This position requires an employment bond for a minimum of two (2) years.
