Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology
- Human Resource Management with MBA
Work Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in managerial capacity.
- Preferably from a janitorial, manpower or similar industry.
Special Qualification:
- In-depth knowledge of DOLE regulations and compliance requirements.
- Has strong background in recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment process.
- Developing and implementing systematic and effective recruitment strategies for attracting talents.
- Addressing employee concerns and grievances.
- Mediating disputes and administering admin hearings.
- Overseeing performance evaluations.
- Providing feedback, coaching and support to HRD staff to help them improve their performance and be motivated.
- Identifying training needs of the company through collaboration with the Off/Dep heads.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and company policies.
- Managing the 201 file of members.
- Analyzing HR data to assess trends to make sound decision for the department.
- Leading the HR team and managing their performance.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to HRD staff.
