Position: Human Resources (HR) Officer

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive HR Officer to manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, policy development, compliance, and organizational growth. This role plays a key part in aligning HR strategies with company goals and maintaining a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1)Lead and manage end-to-end HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and training.

2)Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures based on current laws and best practices.

3)Handle the full recruitment cycle: job postings, candidate sourcing, interviews, and job offers.

4)Oversee employee performance evaluations and support managers with development planning.

5)Address grievances and disciplinary issues with fairness and confidentiality.

6)Administer payroll, government-mandated benefits, leave management, and HMO programs.

7)Maintain accurate and confidential HR records, ensuring data privacy compliance.

8) Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies.

9) Organize employee engagement activities and promote a healthy work culture.

10) Guide and support department heads and staff on HR matters.

11) Contribute to organizational development and strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related course.

2 to 5 years of progressive HR experience.

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR best practices, and policies.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.

Strong organizational and decision-making abilities.

Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and integrity
