About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized HR Staff to join our team. The main focus of this role is to handle timekeeping functions such as overtime (OT) summaries, attendance monitoring, and related HR administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate attendance logs and records
- Prepare and summarize employee overtime reports
- Ensure timely submission and validation of timekeeping data
- Assist in HR administrative tasks (filing, data entry, employee records management, etc.)
- Perform other HR-related administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Experience in HR, timekeeping, or a similar administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other timekeeping tools/software
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Willing to asign in Pasay City.
Employment Terms:
- Contract-based position
- Duration: 1 to 2 Months
- Potential for extension or regularization based on performance.
Job Types: Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: Php18, Php18,188.15 per month
