HR Assistant

The Human Resource Assistant will provide administrative support to the HR team, ensuring efficient operation of the department. This role involves assisting with documentation, employee inquiries, record management, and supporting various HR functions.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in preparing and organizing HR documents and reports.
- Address routine inquiries from employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Redirect complex queries to the appropriate HR staff member.
- Assist in scheduling interviews and meetings.
- Ensure compliance with record-keeping policies.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical employee records.
- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings and initial candidate screenings.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Compile and generate weekly reports on HR metrics and activities.
- Assist in HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Required Education Background
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Required Experience
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR, is advantageous.
Training
Training in HR policies, procedures, and software systems (e.g., HRIS) is beneficial.
Skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Certifications / Credentials
HR certification is a plus but not required.
Traits / Character
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Willing to do Shifting Schedule.
- Willing to work in Pasay City.
