Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong data entry and management skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver accurate and timely results.

While this position primarily involves non-voice tasks, there may be minimal user/client interactions. Because of this, we are seeking someone with excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional customer support experience through multiple communication channels (email, phone, chat)
  • Perform accurate and efficient data entry and data management tasks.

  • Maintain, organize, and update records and other relevant information.

  • Provide cutting-edge service in a friendly, confident, and knowledgeable manner

  • Ensuring client requests are handled in an appropriate and timely manner

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • At least second-year college level, with 6 months to 1-year BPO experience is preferable.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Good customer service, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in receiving Inbound calls and performing Outbound Calls

  • Strong data entry and management skills with high attention to detail

  • Strong Excel/Spreadsheets knowledge

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Tech-savvy, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  • ABLE TO START ASAP
  • Able to work onsite
  • Amenable in working on a permanent night shift
