About the Role
MEBS Call Center is looking for highly skilled and confident Customer Service Representatives to join our growing Tax Campaign team. As part of our start-up environment, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent service to U.S. clients while showcasing your communication and sales abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist clients with their inquiries related to tax services and provide accurate information.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently and empathetically.
- Document customer interactions and transactions accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet campaign targets and maintain service levels.
- Upsell or cross-sell services when opportunities arise.
Qualifications
- Excellent command of the English language — NO regional accent.
- American Near-Native accent is strongly preferred.
- Prior experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) is required.
- Experience as a Sales Closer is a strong advantage.
- Strong communication, listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced call center environment.
- Amenable to work on shifting schedules.
