The opportunity

ARAM ENTERPRISES INC' is seeking a talented BPO Customer Service Representative to join their team in Cebu Central Visayas. This is a full-time role, offering the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced call centre environment, providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Key responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer inquiries via non-voice channels (email, chat, etc.)
  2. Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and efficiently
  3. Provide accurate information and guidance to customers
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
  6. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  6. Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  7. Familiarity with customer service software and tools
