About the role

As a Customer Service Representative (Voice) on our Virtual Process team at YWA HUMAN RESOURCE CORPORATION', you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service via telephone and digital channels. In this full-time, remote role, you will play a key part in delivering outstanding customer experiences and supporting the company's mission to build lasting relationships with our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer enquiries and service requests via telephone, email and online chat
  2. Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  3. Providing product information and guiding customers through processes or transactions
  4. Identifying opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to meet customer needs
  5. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and ensuring accurate data entry
  6. Adhering to all relevant policies, procedures and service level agreements
  7. Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and practices

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a call centre or contact centre environment
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Excellent active listening and problem-solving abilities
  4. Proficiency in using computer systems and office software
  5. A calm, patient and resilient approach to handling challenging customer interactions
  6. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
