What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions through various non-voice channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Continuously improve customer service processes and procedures
- Actively participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills

- Proven experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the BPO industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in using various software and digital tools to handle customer inquiries
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment
