Job Title: Business Development Executive – Healthcare Recruitment

Location: Remote

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth in our healthcare recruitment operations for an international healthcare client based in Australia. The ideal candidate will generate leads, engage with medical professionals, and manage a structured pipeline to convert opportunities into successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business development calls and cold outreach to prospective clients and medical professionals.
  • Engage doctors and healthcare professionals for recruitment opportunities.
  • Manage and maintain interactions in a CRM system
  • Implement structured pipelines for follow-ups, lead progression, and conversion.
  • Collaborate with the recruitment and operations team to meet monthly targets and KPIs.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or recruitment, ideally in healthcare staffing.
  • Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
