We're hiring a Business Development Specialist to manage and optimize CRM-driven outreach campaigns. You'll execute high-volume sequences in Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ensure clean data and workflows, and support our business development and marketing teams in hitting their outreach goals.

Must-Haves

  • 2–3 years experience in Sales Operations, Business Development Ops, or Marketing Ops
  • Hands-on with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Strong skills in workflow automation, data hygiene, and campaign execution
  • Excellent organization, attention to detail, and communication across teams
  • Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Zapier or similar automation tools
  • Knowledge of email deliverability and lead enrichment tools
  • Familiarity with sales dashboards and outreach reporting

$7/hr (negotiable)
