Business Development Officer

OptiHR Business Solutions Inc. is looking for a *Business Development Officer* to help grow our network of referral and strategic partners.
This role focuses on *relationship-building* and *ecosystem development.* You'll connect with partners, support events, and help strengthen OptiHR's online presence among SMEs, startups, and foreign companies in the Philippines.
What You'll Do:
- Build and manage partnerships with firms, coworking spaces, startup groups, and similar organizations
- Engage with partners through events, webinars, and online communities
- Support OptiHR's social media and brand visibility
- Represent OptiHR in community events and identify collaboration opportunities
What We're Looking For:
- Great communicator and relationship-builder
- Confident in outreach and networking
- Interested in startups, business communities, or HR tech
- Basic social media or content posting skills (design skills not required)
- Organized, proactive, and people-oriented
