We're Hiring: Remote Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

The We Social – A 360° marketing agency specialized in influencer marketing, offering full-service solutions including:

  • Social Media Management (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)
  • Paid Advertising Campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)
  • Content Creation (graphics, videos, copywriting)
  • Influencer & Talent Collaboration
  • SEO & Web Support
  • Branding & Digital Strategy

Role:

We are looking for a remote Business Development Executive to bring in new clients and grow our agency revenue. This is a 100% commission-based role.

What You'll Do:

  • Identify and reach out to potential clients (brands, startups, service businesses)
  • Pitch The We Social's marketing services professionally
  • Close deals or schedule client meetings
  • Maintain lead records and update progress

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or business development
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills
  • Familiarity with digital marketing services is a plus
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Remote-friendly setup (reliable internet and communication tools)

Compensation:

  • 20% commission on each successful deal
  • Performance-driven, unlimited earning potential
