Work from Home, Philippines Anchor Full time ₱240,000 - ₱480,000 per year

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively source and engage potential clients through outreach

methods including cold calling, LinkedIn, email campaigns, referrals, and networking

events.

  • Business Opportunity Progression: conduct the first Discovery Call to better understand

client needs and requirements; design and develop service solutions to address client

requirements; continue client engagement to reach last stages of the sales process

(Close/Contract); articulate and present effectively workforce solutions to clients in the

generation of sales opportunities and business engagements

  • Closing Opportunities: immediate resolve identified concerns and challenges

towards closing deals and contracts, familiarize and develop expertise on basic legal

considerations and operational requirements to affirm client apprehension for contract

closure.

  • Market Intelligence: Conduct research to understand industry trends, competitor

activity, and emerging client needs.

  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Work closely with leadership to design and implement

targeted sales strategies that align with Remote Philippines growth goals.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with prospects and clients,

understanding their pain points and presenting tailored outsourcing solutions.

  • Decision-Making: Handle escalations and analyze challenges effectively.

  • Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to senior

management, ensuring transparency and accountability in meeting sales objectives.

  • Onboarding: Support the onboarding process for new clients by coordinating with

internal teams to deliver exceptional service from day one.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in business development or sales, with at least 3 years

in a BPO environment.

  • Strong understanding of staffing, RPO, or talent acquisition models

  • 2+ years of people management experience with strong coaching skills.

  • Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Deep understanding of the U.S., CA, AU, SG, or UK business landscape.

  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills.

  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotating schedules.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate market insights into actionable plans.

  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Apollo, Linkedin Sales Navigator) and Microsoft Office

Suite.

  • Self-motivated, resourceful, and highly organized with strong problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
