Business Development Operations Specialist

We're seeking a Business Development Operations Specialist to power our outreach and prospecting efforts. You'll oversee the systems, workflows, and automation that fuel lead generation and campaign execution across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Run multiple high-volume outreach campaigns through Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
- Build and manage segmented prospect lists; enrich contact data for accuracy.
- Maintain CRM integrity and streamline communication tracking.
- Automate sequences across email and LinkedIn to boost conversion rates.
- Provide data insights and performance reporting for leadership.
- Partner with business development, marketing, and recruitment teams.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years in sales or business development operations.
- Hands-on CRM experience (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
- Strong automation and campaign management skills.
- Ability to multitask and execute efficiently across priorities.
- Zapier or similar automation tools a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
