We're seeking a Business Development Operations Specialist to power our outreach and prospecting efforts. You'll oversee the systems, workflows, and automation that fuel lead generation and campaign execution across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run multiple high-volume outreach campaigns through Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage segmented prospect lists; enrich contact data for accuracy.
  • Maintain CRM integrity and streamline communication tracking.
  • Automate sequences across email and LinkedIn to boost conversion rates.
  • Provide data insights and performance reporting for leadership.
  • Partner with business development, marketing, and recruitment teams.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years in sales or business development operations.
  • Hands-on CRM experience (Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
  • Strong automation and campaign management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and execute efficiently across priorities.
  • Zapier or similar automation tools a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php65, Php70,000.00 per month
